HEALTH INSURANCE and FEES
I am In Network with Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO, Blue Choice and United HealthCare.
Every health insurance consists of deductible, co-pays and co-insurance. You first need to meet your deductible’s requirement in order to only pay co-pays and co-insurance. Both should be listed on the front of your insurance card. Most of the times health insurance is separated according to medical benefits and behavioral/mental health benefits. Before coming to see me, you should call your health care provider and inquire about behavioral/mental health benefits.
If you do not have BCBS PPO or United HealthCare insurance, call your health care provider and check your Out of Network benefits. In this circumstance, I will provide you with a super-bill to send to your insurance company for partial reimbursement.
If you decide not to use your health insurance, I also accept Self-Pay clients. The initial session is $175 and follow-up sessions are $150.
In case of financial burden, we can discuss a sliding scale option.
I accept cash, all major credit cards, and Bank of America Quick Pay. Payment is expected at the end of each session.
